The short version
Some links on logged in, still loading are affiliate links. If you buy something through one, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Some affiliate links are for things I’ve personally used and can review firsthand. Others may be products I’m researching, considering, or comparing. I’ll make that distinction clear instead of treating an Amazon listing like personal experience.
How I handle it
- Posts with affiliate links get a clear disclosure where you can actually see it.
- Paid affiliate links are labeled as paid links near the recommendation.
- Sponsored content, gifted products, or paid relationships will be labeled clearly if and when they happen.
- I’ll separate what I personally experienced from what a company or retailer claims about a product.
- If I stop recommending something, I’d rather update the recommendation than keep a link around just because it can earn money.
Amazon disclosure
